First, let's talk a little about the community and what community is.

A community is nothing just a group of people having a the common interest that is living in the same space but here we are mainly talking about social media communities like Facebook group, Twitter Community, Discord and Telegram, and much more.

Here the concept of community is the same as the above explanation of community but the difference is only these communities are virtual.

So, now let's discuss how we can grow our community as fast as electricity⚡

Selection of Social Media Platform.

Selection of social media is one of the important things for the company for the getting to the right mindset of people where they can find the great people, great engagements so that’s, why it's important. Let's Take a simple example if there is any new tech company that builds their product and wants to promote it to the developers so the best platform will be Twitter Why its because Twitter has more developer community/engagement than any other platform.

Adopt a community culture.

Adapt a community culture by watching them by reading their behavior, language, and communication with other members, and by that, we can easily manage the user and that can make the community clean and easy to interact.

Selecting the right people for moderator.

Hire peoples who are passionate about their work and motivated toward doing work for the community and can interact with members easily select people who can connect better.

Make new members feel connected.

Whenever new members join to make them feel comfortable in the sense that gets them to introduce themselves talk in a comfortable tone and introduce them to the community, by that, they can get used to the members and start interacting on daily basis.

Engage with influencers.

Community moderators are the best but Influencers work as petrol for a small fire to become a massive fire in the the simple term they can boost the community to an insane level. So engage with more influencers as much as you can by that your members will get some good and helpful every time. For example, host Twitter Space every week on different topics or Host group call on Discord.

Promote Group discussion.

Promoting group discussion is the best thing to do to grow the community. Try to set up a group discussion meeting with the moderator and members and discussion with together how we can grow or how we can engage with more people. Set weekly/ monthly targets that we have to achieve these things by the end of this week or month by that community strengthens and improves sustenance and request members give feedback.
